Authentic Venetian gem!

The location was AMAZING. The Rialto water bus station is only 30 seconds away. I could easily walk to all the main attractions. The staff was so lovely and helped with any queries. They even grabbed an ironing board when I wanted to use one.
The bedroom had a slight musty scent.

My room had beautiful Venetian characteristics. The room was super quiet. I couldn't hear any of the other guests. The room was comfortable and provided everything I needed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel staff kept me informed and was very accommodating. Alicia was the kindest receptionist. She was attentive, polite, helpful, friendly, and impeccably dressed.

the location was great, it was near the rialto bridge vaporetto stop.
the bedroom had a musty smell and Air fresheners were OVERPOWERING. the furniture was allegedly antique, it was not restored well. the room did not match the photos.

The hotel location provided easy access to the Rialto Bridge. The staff were very helpful and provided quick assistance with restaurant reservations. I asked them to schedule a waterbus, and they handled it efficiently. I also found the breakfast room had a lovely view.
The room had a slightly musty smell.
